The service is free, confidential, and available 24/7. 988 gives Mainer’s access to free, one-on-one support, 24/7. Our trained crisis support specialists are here to provide compassionate support and open the door to better days. Maybe you just need someone to talk to, or maybe you need services and connections in your community.
