The Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment collaborative is excited to announce the Interactive Data Portal is now live!
The portal encompasses data within 24 topic areas, provided at the state, county and district levels. Data is also provided by subpopulations wherever that data is available.
Please note this portal does not contain COVID-19 data as the state provides a more comprehensive and up to date portal here.
The Maine Shared Community Health Needs Assessment is a collaboration between the Maine CDC and Maine’s four major health systems (Central Maine Health Care, MaineGeneral Health, MaineHealth, and Northern Light Health).
