As you may know, the CCSM was part of a working group established via legislation: ‘LD 1602, Resolve 2019, Chapter 100, Resolve, Establishing the Working Group on Mental Health.’ The group was tasked with assessing the State’s capacity to serve Maine citizens with behavioral health needs and propose a comprehensive mental health plan for the State.
This group has finished its work and Chairs Senator Breen and Representative Warren have released the final report.
