CCSM is inviting peers who have used telehealth to
access mental health
services in Maine to share their experiences

People with lived experience know firsthand what is working, what is not working, and what needs to change. Your voice has the power to help shape better, more accessible, and more responsive telehealth services for peers across Maine.
The survey asks about your experiences receiving mental health services by phone or video. The feedback collected will be held by CCSM and shared with the Maine Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) with the goal of improving these services.
Participants may also choose to provide their contact information if they are open to CCSM or OBH following up for additional details or clarification. Providing contact information is optional.

YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Please Help Us Reach More Peers
If you are an organization that provides mental health services or works with peers, please share this opportunity with the people you serve.
Organizations may:
- Share the digital survey link through email, social media, newsletters, or other communications.
- Print copies of the attached survey for peers to complete in person.
- Collect completed paper surveys and return them to CCSM.
Every experience shared helps strengthen the peer voice and gives decision-makers a better understanding of how telehealth services affect people across Maine.
Thank you for helping us make sure peer experiences are heard and included.
